Entries close for Youthfest

All entries to Youthfest must be received by 11:59pm on Friday 16th August 2019.  For an entry to be considered valid, entry fees must have been paid by the week prior to the Festival.

Any updates to the details provided on the Entry Form must be provided by this date.

Technical Meetings and Rehearsals

All entries in to Youthfest will be allocated a time for their technical meeting rehearsal. This time will be decided upon closer to the festival and discussed with each entry to ensure all entries are able to attend their meeting and rehearsal. Due to the large number of entries and the time it would take, it will not be possible for entries to have a full stage run of their entry at this time, however entries may rehearse a section of their work if time allows.

21st and 22nd September 2019

Youthfest

Youthfest 2019 is scheduled to take place the 21st and 22nd September. Dates and times will be confirmed once all entries are received. The festival director will liaise with each entry to ensure they can attend their performance time.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
